RIGHTS MANAGEMENT
Short Extracts:
You do not need to request formal permission or pay fees for small extracts that fall under fair dealing, although full acknowledgement of the author, title and Anthem Press must be made. Fair dealing covers:
- single extracts of continuous prose of less than 400 words
- series of extracts from the same work of prose up to a total of 800
words, of which no single extract exceeds 300 words
- a single extract of poetry of 40 lines or a series of extracts totalling 40
lines, provided that this does not comprise more than 25% of the complete
poem
